Position Overview

We are looking for a technical program manager who can manage our technology programs by defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery. Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams. Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity. Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.

About You

Our technical Program Managers have a passion to manage SW development, breaking down, estimating and prioritizing work. As a TPM you work with our Engineer and Product leveraging your strong software architecture and system level knowledge to facilitate decision making, judgment, resolving constraints and enable high quality on program execution and delivery.

Basic Qualifications

=> 8+ years of work experience in program management and software development => Expert level knowledge in MERN stack => Exceptional experience and skills with React or React Native => Large scale application development & team leading experience in MERN stack => Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, tools and processes => Experience in distributed systems => Demonstrated ability or preference to work across multiple teams => Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive program plans and schedules => Hands-on experience with prioritization and issue management => Proven record on facilitating decision making and judgment => Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process => Fluency with software engineering tools (JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket/Scrum/Agile/Git etc.) => Progress management & team management skillset => Analytical ability, producer mentality => Good testing and verification knowledge => Adept in requirement analysis, user story creation & task breakdown => Ability to maintain & follow strict deadline => Good problem solving & analytical ability => Proficient in english communication => Energetic, confident, and proactive attitude

=> Certificates: Scrum/AWS/PMP/IELTS

Why Work With Us

Salary Range

=> Gross BDT 130,000 to 160,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
