Position Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer with the technical skills and talent to navigate our entire stack, solving challenging problems along the way. You will play a key role in all parts of the product life-cycle, brainstorming, design, prototyping, planning, implementation, and launch.

About You

You love creating software in a collaborative and close-knit team that is beautifully crafted, highly impactful while being obsessive about customers' success. You’re curious about the latest emerging technologies and love thinking about ways in which we can apply them to make our product better. Years of experience are less important than the magnitude of impact; we want someone who will add to our culture and grow alongside the team. You may or may not have a computer science degree. You are self starter, proactive individual who takes ownership to his tasks.

Basic Requirements

=> 4+ years of experience in full stack web application development => Expert level knowledge in MERN stack => Total Fluency in Node.Js & it’s related frameworks like Express => Must be a ReactJS, VanillaJS, and advanced CSS expert => Experience working with relational databases and distributed platforms => Proficiency in RESTful APIs and API communications => Fluency with software engineering tools & best practices => Solid understanding in Object-oriented design, data-structures and algorithms => Sense of optimization, scaling and high-performance => Basic DevOps, AWS knowledge => Good problem solving & analytical ability => Proficient in english communication => Energetic, confident, and proactive attitude

Not mandatory but good to have

=> Certificates: AWS/Scrum/PMP/IELTS => Proven track record, experience as a development lead => Working knowledge in React Native, Next.Js, Electron, GraphQL

Why Work With Us

Salary Range

=> Gross BDT 80,000 to 150,000 per month (Depending on skills and experience)
