Position Overview

We are looking for a React Native Developer with experience in native IOS and Android development. This position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, developing, and maintaining best-in-class mobile application experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility for the software artifacts produced, adhering to ShellBeeHaken’s standards to ensure minimal impact on the customer experience. The candidate will need to be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

About You

The ideal candidate must be an experienced professional with over 4+ years of experience in cross platform mobile native application development. Interested candidates must be detail-oriented, work efficiently, communicate well, learn quickly, manage their time well, and deliver quality work in fast-paced environments.

Basic Requirements

=> At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a React Native Developer => In-depth understanding of React.Js and core principles of React native (JS thread, Shadow thread, and UI thread) => Strong proficiency in Typescript and JavaScript => Experience with popular state management tools and workflows (such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, and React Query) => Fluency with software engineering tools => Strong in Object-oriented design, data-structures and algorithms => A clear understanding of OAuth 2.0 And REST => Basic knowledge of at least one Native Platform development (Android/ iOS) => Understand the product vision, business objectives, and overall strategy => Working knowledge with new APIs and concepts => Good problem solving & analytical ability => Proficient in english communication => Energetic, confident, and proactive attitude

Not mandatory but good to have

=> Google play, apple app store app release & maintenance experience => Working knowledge in Node, Next.Js, Electron, GraphQL, NoSql => CI/CD or other deployment experience is a plus

Why Work With Us

Salary Range

=> Gross BDT 60,000 to 90,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
