Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior React Developer with experience in web development, focusing on front-end, UI/UX, single-page applications, responsive design, and animation. This position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, developing, and maintaining best-in-class software experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility for the software artifacts produced, adhering to ShellBeeHaken’s standards to ensure minimal impact on the customer experience. The candidate will need to be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

About You

The ideal candidate must be an experienced IT professional with over 4+ years of practice specializing in front-end web development. The individual must have robust HTML and CSS skills, a lot of experience with responsive web design/implementation, and also have taken the role of a lead front-end developer for several projects. The interested party must be detail-oriented, work efficiently, communicate well, learn quickly, manage their time well, and deliver quality work in fast-paced environments.

Basic Requirements

=> Minimum 2 ~ 3 years professional development experience in React => Must be a ReactJS, VanillaJS, and advanced CSS expert => Working knowledge with new APIs and concepts => Fluency with software engineering tools => A proven track record shipping production products at scale => Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems and system components => Experience using state management libraries => Excellent understanding of clean markup and CSS, how to use it, and where => Experience writing unit tests => Understand the product vision, business objectives, and overall strategy => Good problem solving & analytical ability => Proficient in english communication => Energetic, confident, and proactive attitude

Not mandatory but good to have

=> Open-Source projects/contributions => Working knowledge in Node, Next.Js, Electron, React Native, GraphQL & typescript => AWS and basic DevOps practicess

Why Work With Us

Salary Range

=> Gross BDT 60,000 to 90,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
