Position Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator, Level 1 for our winning team. You will play a key role in all parts of the product life-cycle, brainstorming, design, prototyping, planning, implementation, and launch. The role has a tangible impact on the success of our company.

About You
=> Understand project requirements and guidelines from clients. => Prepare internal guidelines based on the client's requirements or guidelines. => Assist the Project Managers in preparation of project delivery schedule based on the deadlines and benchmarks. => Escalate edge cases and other project-related issues to the Project Manager/Customer Success Manager and also to the Clients and bring up the best solutions to the edge cases. => Assist in briefing the Delivery Team regarding the project guidelines and the project requirements.
Basic Requirements
=> Experience in facing foreign clients and stakeholders will be given preference. => Previous experience in Project Management or a similar role. => Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written are mandatory. => Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Ecosystem, and project management software. => Ability to work late nights if needed. (i.e. - replying to clients' urgent queries via emails, responding to the meetings). => Highly organized and able to multitask. => Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. => Ability to handle and lead a team of mid-level employees. => Able to work independently and as part of a team.

=> Up to 20,000-25,000, BDT/Month
