Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager for our winning team. You will play a key role in all parts of the product life-cycle, brainstorming, design, prototyping, planning, implementation, and launch. The role has a tangible impact on the success of our company.

Responsibilites

=> Communicate the progress of production, quality, and resourcing initiatives to all relevant internal stakeholders. => Serve as liaison between the customer and our Service Delivery team to ensure successful launch and delivery of customer projects. => Proactively manage client communications and expectations to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with internal teams and be responsible for associated client retention, adoption, growth, and satisfaction goals. => Manage and deliver work for various projects and provide reliable information in accordance with agreed plans and schedules and handle minor project escalations. => Analyze project and performance analytics to support Service Delivery teams. => Provide internal stakeholders with transparent and attentive project management support covering production and quality management.

Basic Requirements

=> Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. => 2-3 years of experience coordinating projects and managing the team is a must. Must be confident in working in a fast-paced tech startup. => Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals. => Good project management skills and the ability to pay attention to qualitative and quantitative trends. => Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management. => Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects. => Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. => Demonstrated leadership experience; the ability to develop and coach a team. => Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to details. => Passionate, highly self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team player.
