Position Overview

This person will ensure that a building's services meet the needs of the workers it house. The primary responsibilities will include planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishment. Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet ShellBeeHaken’s requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool.

Basic Requirements

=> Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position => Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments. => Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications. => Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs => Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors => Allocate office space according to needs => Ensuring adequate catering and vending services. => Maintain assets register using excel spreadsheet(eg. log serial number, acquisition date, description of the asset, location, and net book value eg.)

Not Mandatory But Good To Have

=> BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration, or relevant field => Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage

Salary Range

=> Up to 40,000 – 60,000 BDT/Month
