Job Responsibilities
Talent Management: Contribute to resource planning, talent acquisition and management. Performance Management: Coordinate in the performance management process as per the company policy and timelines. Develop a KPI driven work culture. Culture Building: Support in organization’s policy, process development and branding activities. Play a key role in making this company the employer of choice in its field and the best place to work. HR Operations: Assist in creating templates, and policies, managing employee database and leveraging data to make informed people related decisions for the organization.
Basic Requirements
=> Domain knowledge and previous work experience in a tech company => Must be a people oriented person with strong organisational skills => Professional HRM and HRIS knowledge => BBA / MBA from any reputed Institutions in HRM or related field => Required relevant work experience: 2 years => Good problem solving & analytical ability => Proficient in english communication => Energetic, confident, and proactive attitude
Not mandatory but good to have
=> Track record of top talent hiring & scaling tech company within a short time => Preference will be given to those with startup experience Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply for this position

Gross BDT 30,000 – 40,000 per month (Based on skills & experiences)
