ShellBeeHaken is a dev shop that specializes in customized software solutions development. As a product-based company, we have a unique customer-centric task management philosophy. Job Responsibilities

Talent Management: Develop omni-channel strategies to attract, nurture and retain top-tier talent for the organization. Performance Management: Coordinate in the performance management process as per the company policy and timelines. Develop a KPI driven work culture. Culture Building: Support in organization’s policy, process development and branding activities. Play a key role in making this company the employer of choice in its field and the best place to work. HR Operations: Creating templates, policies, managing employee database and leveraging data to make informed people related decisions for the organization.

Basic Requirements

=> Professional HRM and HRIS knowledge => 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition & networking => Language and Communication skills => Must be a people oriented person with strong organisational skills => Domain knowledge and previous work experience in a tech company => BBA / MBA from any reputed Institutions in HRM or related field => Good problem solving & analytical ability => Proficient in english communication => Energetic, confident, and proactive attitude

Not mandatory but good to have

=> Track record of top talent hiring & scaling tech company within a short time => Preference will be given to those with startup experience Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply for this position

Salary Range

Gross BDT 45,000 – 70,000 per month (Based on skills & experiences)
